Belgium's Nafissatou Thiam took the gold on Friday, with 5,055 points, a new world record, while the bronze went to her countrywoman Noor Vidts, who scored 4,823 points.
The women’s pentathlon competition consists of the 60m hurdles, high jump, shot put, long jump, and 800m.
The 2023 European Athletics Indoor Championships began in Istanbul on Thursday and run until Sunday.
