Poland names 26-strong team for World Athletics Relays

Poland's track-and-field federation has announced a team of 26 athletes to compete at the World Athletics Relays in the Bahamas next month.

The World Athletics Relays is an international track-and-field event where teams from around the world compete in relay races.

The 2024 edition will be held in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, on May 4 and 5.

Team Poland includes well-known faces such as Ewa Swoboda, Natalia Kaczmarek, Justyna Święty-Ersetic and Kajetan Duszyński, according to an announcement by the Polish Athletic Association (PZLA).

Poland won five medals, two gold and three silver, at the 2021 World Athletics Relays on home turf in the southern city of Chorzów.
