The 22-year-old won Friday's final with a time of 7.43 seconds to earn his second career European indoor track-and-field medal, after a silver in Istanbul two years ago.
France's Wilhem Belocian finished second in 7.45, while his compatriot Just Kwaou-Mathey took the bronze after clocking in at 7.50.
Earlier on Friday, Poland’s Pia Skrzyszowska won bronze in the women’s 60m hurdles.
The 2025 European Athletics Indoor Championships began on Thursday and run until Sunday.
Poland's other medal hopes in Apeldoorn include Justyna Święty-Ersetic in the women's 400m, Anna Wielgosz in the women’s 800m, and Maksymilian Szwed in the men's 400m.
Poland won seven medals, four silver and three bronze, at the 2023 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Istanbul.
