The goal  of the Italian Cuisine Week is to promote and share the values and traditon of Italian cuisine... now one of the most popular cuisines in Poland, judging be the number of Italian eateries in this country and the affection bestowed by Poles on what we imagine to be the staple of Italian food. Italian Cuisne Week eductaes and does away with stereotypes showing that there is much more to the pizza and pasta , which we claim to be the classics .....
