Written by Ałbena Grabowska, with song lyrics by Daniel Wyszygrodzki and music by Tomasz Szymuś, the production is directed for the Opera's stage by Jakub Szydłowski. Kopernik has already been shown in two outdoor preview productions, one at Frombork in front of the basilica where he is buried, and in the courtyard of Wawel Castle in Kraków. Daniel Wyszogrodzki speaks to Elżbieta Krajewska, and also Marcin Franc who appears in the title part.
