The scheme, run by the Warsaw Enterprise Institute, encourages creators to share their take on Polish culture and is open to non-native Polish speakers working as influencers, video creators, podcasters, bloggers or local community figures based in the country.
It launches in Warsaw in September 2026 with a three-day workshop on Polish cultural norms, cross-cultural communication and the local job market, plus a behind-the-scenes visit to Kanał Zero, one of Poland's biggest media platforms.
Those who complete the workshop can then enter a competition for the best content produced during the programme, with the prize pool split among winners.
Places are limited, and applicants do not need a large following or professional equipment – organisers say they are looking for authenticity, creativity and genuine engagement with an audience.
Applications close on 31 July 2026, via an online form.
Polish Radio is a media patron of the competition.
