This exhibition continues the tradition from the 19th century, with the first rose exhibition having taken place in 1882 in the Old Orangery.

This year, the Łazienki Królewskie collection has added the Marechal Niel rose, the same variety featured at the inaugural exhibition.

The current display features 1,700 roses competing in a contest, 750 roses from the national collection of the Botanical Garden in Powsin, and many new scented varieties from across Poland.

The exhibition is accompanied by floral workshops, family workshops titled “Krepin Roses,” and rose-inspired fashion shows.

The exhibition will run through Sunday, September 1, 2024.
