Poland's Andrzej Duda and Lithuania's Gitanas Nausėda held face-to-face talks on the Polish Baltic coast on Monday and Tuesday to discuss issues including international assistance to Ukraine, according to officials.
Duda said in a tweet afterward that the two countries were determined to maintain their support of Ukraine.
"Our countries will not reduce their involvement in Ukraine," Duda wrote.
"We both plan further trips to Kyiv, and we will not succumb to any blackmail from Russia," he added.
Duda also tweeted that Lithuania and Poland were planning to step up their military cooperation.
In an earlier tweet, Duda said that Poland and Lithuania "have been supporting Ukraine from the very beginning while opposing the tyranny and imperialism of the Kremlin."
Meanwhile, Lithuania's Nausėda tweeted in Polish on Wednesday: "I am proud to be able to call President Andrzej Duda a friend."
He added: "Dear Andrzej, thank you for inviting me to the meeting in Poland, for your hospitality and constructive talks and arrangements for future cooperation and for our common cause - that of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine."
Earlier this month, Duda and Nausėda together visited the Suwałki Gap, a strategic stretch of land in northeastern Poland near Russia’s westernmost region of Kaliningrad.
