"Between 29 and 31 August, Poland’s top diplomat Zbigniew Rau will be visiting Bled and Prague," the Polish foreign ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
It added that Rau would on Monday take part in the Bled Strategic Forum, an international foreign policy conference in Slovenia.
A day later, the Polish foreign minister will travel to Prague for a two-day visit to attend an informal Gymnich meeting of European Union foreign ministers.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Rau is expected to speak with his Finnish counterpart.
On Wednesday, Rau will take part in the annual Forum 2000 Conference, an event in the Czech capital focusing on Russia's war against Ukraine, according to the Polish foreign ministry.
