Compiled by real estate services company JLL, in cooperation with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and Hays, the report analyzes three industries—real estate, manufacturing/production, and the job market—to identify which are the most promising and which are the most challenging for foreign investors in Poland.
"Despite the very challenging times globally, Poland seems to have an edge over other investment destinations, mostly because of its strategic location in the heart of Europe at the crossroads of major transportation routes and corridors, and because of its size," Iwona Chojnowska-Haponik, Business Consulting Director at JLL, told Radio Poland's Danuta Isler.
"Moreover, Poland offers a mature business environment and an attractive investment incentives system," she added.
