The initiative is specifically geared toward brand building and supporting Polish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on international markets, officials have said.

"As an agency we are not known well enough in Poland and we need to build our own brand," Paweł Kurtasz, the president of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, told Radio Poland's Danuta Isler.
He added: "If we want to support Polish exports, we do not need statistical knowledge. We need precision knowledge, and we have to build a database about our entrepreneurs and about the condition of the Polish market in detail."
