“We firmly believe that Russia should take responsibility for the reconstruction of Ukraine,” Poland's Senate Speaker Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska said during a press briefing alongside Estonia's Lauri Hussar in Warsaw on Monday.
“We have welcomed the [EU] agreement on using extraordinary revenues and net profits from frozen Russian assets," she added. "This is a step in the right direction, but the European Union must continue these efforts to fully utilise immobilised Russian funds for the reconstruction of Ukraine."
