Marcin Przydacz visited Singapore as part of his trip to Southeast Asia, Polish state news agency PAP reported.

He on Tuesday met with his counterpart Sim Ann, senior minister of state at the Singaporean foreign ministry.

Both politicians “confirmed their countries’ commitment to multilateralism and a rules-based international order, which needs to be maintained especially in view of Russia’s aggressive actions,” Poland’s foreign ministry said in a statement.

The talks between Przydacz and Sim Ann also focused on "security in Europe; help for war refugees from Ukraine; support for war-torn Ukraine and plans for its postwar reconstruction; the situation in the Indo-Pacific region; and inter-regional cooperation," according to officials.

Also on Tuesday, Przydacz held talks with the minister of state at the Singaporean Trade and Investment Ministry, Alvin Tan; the CEO of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, David Koh; a group of lawmakers and business leaders; as well as analysts and academics gathered at an event at the Nanyang Technological University, reporters were told.

Przydacz’s talks in Singapore "centred around the Russian aggression against Ukraine, food security, the issue of disinformation, and the situation in Europe and the Indo-Pacific region," reporters were also told.

Wednesday is day 140 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
