Belarus is planning military manouevres near or possibly crossing the Ukrainian border on 8-14 September. Belarus's statement mentioned "liberating territories temporarily occupied".
It is not entirely clear to experts which territories are being referred to, but Ukraine's General Staff has said that Ukraine is ready for every possible situation.
