Russian authorities confirmed that a Ukrainian drone was intercepted several dozen kilometers from Moscow's city limits. However, conflicting reports suggest that another drone may have caused a fire in Luberce, a city near Moscow, impacting a factory critical for the production of components used in Russia's long-range missile systems.

In a tit-for-tat response, Russia fired two long-range Kalibr-type missiles at Ukrainian territory. While Ukrainian defense systems successfully intercepted one, the second missile tragically struck a privately-owned facility in the Vinnytsia region, causing civilian casualties. Three people are being hospitalized.

Despite Moscow's claims that the Ukrainian drone was neutralized without causing any damage, information obtained by Ukrainska Pravda from sources within the Ukrainian Defense Ministry suggests that the drone attack led to a blaze at a vital plant near Moscow.
