In his speech at the annual conference for heads of diplomatic missions in Warsaw, PM Donald Tusk emphasized that Poland has the potential to shape European policy toward Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine, requiring a firm and sophisticated strategy.

“Our support for Ukraine requires tools that are both sophisticated and empathetic. This empathy must also include a full understanding of our national interests in our relations with Ukraine,” said Donald Tusk.

He also criticized Germany for its actions to tighten border controls, which he viewed as a response to its own political mistakes rather than Poland's migration policy.

Tusk further highlighted the importance of diplomacy in shaping and promoting Poland's foreign policy.
