The team, led by presidential chief of staff Andriy Yermak, includes Ukraine's foreign minister Andriy Sybiha, defence minister Rustem Umerov, and deputy chief of staff Pavlo Palisa.
Yermak will have the authority to modify the delegation's composition in consultation with the foreign minister and to bring in experts from state institutions, private companies, and research organizations.
The decision follows high-level talks between Ukrainian and US officials in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where Kyiv agreed to a 30-day ceasefire proposal.
Moscow has conditionally approved the proposal but demands terms restricting Ukraine’s sovereignty, with President Vladimir Putin arguing that the current deal favours Kyiv and must address the conflict’s root causes.
The proposed ceasefire, backed by Washington, would cover operations in the air, at sea, and along the entire front line.
