Andrzej Duda’s video call with Joe Biden and other Western leaders will take place on Thursday, Polish state news agency PAP reported.

The Polish president’s foreign-policy aide Jakub Kumoch told the media: “we expect the talks to focus on what is happening in Ukraine at the moment.”

He added that the Polish head of state “will likely emphasise, as he always does, that there is no war fatigue or Ukraine fatigue in Poland, and that we’ll keep supporting Ukraine until the final victory, until Russian forces are driven out of Ukraine’s territory.”

“The president encourages partners to adopt a similar attitude,” the official said.

Duda is visiting Senegal earlier on Thursday, following stops in Nigeria on Tuesday and the Ivory Coast on Wednesday.

During his three-day trip to Africa, the Polish president has been holding talks on “the supply of energy commodities to Poland, Russia’s food blackmail and the Russian propaganda” amid the Kremlin’s invasion of Ukraine, officials told reporters.

Thursday is day 197 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
