The latest figures were provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Wednesday, the state Ukrinform news agency reported.

Ukraine’s army has also destroyed 4,584 Russian tanks (including 16 on Tuesday), 8,792 armoured combat vehicles (of which 14 over the past 24 hours) and 5,902 artillery systems (including 30 on Tuesday).

Russia’s other equipment losses include 766 multiple-launch rocket systems (of which two in the past 24 hours), 517 air defence systems (including two on Tuesday) and 315 aircraft, Ukrainian officials said.

Russia has also now lost 4,650 unmanned aerial vehicles (of which five in the past 24 hours), 1,455 cruise missiles and 8,444 motor vehicles (including 31 on Tuesday), the Ukrinform news agency reported.

The latest data comes as Ukraine continues its counteroffensive against Russia’s invading forces, around the eastern city of Bakhmut and in the direction of the southeastern port of Melitopol on the Sea of Azov, Ukrinform added.

Wednesday is day 567 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
