"At night, the enemy struck the area near the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant," Ukraine's Energy Ministry said.
"The explosion damaged the windows in administrative and laboratory buildings," it added, as cited by Ukrainian state news agency Ukrinform.
Power lines were also damaged, according to Ukrainian officials, with around 1,860 consumers in the nearby towns of Netishyn and Slavuta facing electricity shortages.
The Ukrainian air force said it had destroyed all 11 Russian drones launched in the attacks, the Reuters news agency reported. The damage was due to blast waves and falling debris, according to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.
In Slavuta, 20 buildings were damaged by falling debris, according to Klymenko. Meanwhile, a building used by a fire and rescue unit and another by a police department were hit by a blast wave, he said on the Telegram messaging service, as cited by Reuters.
The town's mayor, Vasiliy Sydor, said 20 people were injured.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
