Macron on Sunday defeated his far-right rival Marine Le Pen by a comfortable margin in the second round of France's presidential election.
Polish President Andrzej Duda tweeted: "I sincerely congratulate Emmanuel Macron on his victory in the presidential vote and on being reelected."
He added: "We have met many times in recent months and I am very happy that we will be able to continue the dialogue between Poland and France."
Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in a Twitter post: "All elections are a celebration of democracy. After the most heated of campaigns, the daily humdrum returns. Many common challenges and interests lie ahead of Poland and France. It’s time to work on them together. The future of Europe is in our hands. I congratulate Emmanuel Macron."
Macron won 58.54 percent of the vote in Sunday's runoff, against 41.46 percent for Le Pen, final interior ministry figures showed on Monday.
