A survey published today has found that Poles would prefer to have fewer MPs.

The Polish daily Super Express has published a survey which has found that Poles would prefer to reduce the number of MPs in the lower house of the parliament (the Sejm).

At present, there are 460 deputies in the lower house, the Sejm, and 100 senators in the upper house, the Senate.

The survey found that Poles believe that the maximum number of MPs should be 150, instead of 460 at present.

The survey was carried out by Pollster, on a sample of 1011.
