The Left's proposal allows abortions up to the 12th week, removes penalties with the woman's consent, and introduces conscience clause regulations.

The Civic Coalition's bill grants the right to abortion within the first 12 weeks, regulates abortions outside medical facilities, and decriminalizes abortions with the woman's consent.

The Third Way's bill permits abortions in three cases: threats to the woman's health or life, severe fetal defects, and suspected criminal acts.

The committee has already supported the Left's bill, which amends the Penal Code by eliminating prison sentences for performing or assisting in abortions with the woman's consent.

The bill also provides exceptions for medical personnel performing abortions in cases of health or life threats to the woman and severe fetal defects.

The second reading of the bill is scheduled for Thursday, July 11th in the plenary hall, with the vote set to take place on Friday, July 12th.
