The burden on women. Health perceptions and the growing need for senior care
Women, more than men, engage in preventive health check-ups, avoid smoking and alcohol consumption, but tend to rate their health more negatively, especially as they age.
With an increasing elderly population, the burden of caregiving, often falling on women, becomes more pronounced, highlighting the need for better access to medical and nursing care for seniors.
Comprehensive health dialogue: rare diseases, and mental health challenges
The debate will cover various topics including urology and uro-oncology challenges in seniors, combating obesity, treating senior depression, age-related pelvic floor diseases, advancements in neurodegenerative disease treatments, multimorbidity in cancer patients, the need for social empathy towards patients with rare diseases, reproductive health taboos, vaccinations for the immunocompromised, systemic challenges for patients with autoinflammatory diseases, pain-free living at all life stages, and mental health challenges in children.
