As of Monday, the WOŚP account reflected a declared total of 178,531,625 PLN (approx. 42,298,605 EUR or 44,512,397 USD). However, donations are still being counted as contributions from 24 international chapters continue to arrive.
Washington, D.C.
In Washington, the Grand Finale kicked off on Saturday with a collection effort involving several volunteers outside a Polish school. The main event took place in McLean, Virginia, with dozens of attendees.
Among the honorary volunteers was Poland’s charge d’affaires, Bogdan Klich, who also participated in the auction. Items included gifts and memorabilia from the Polish Embassy, along with Polish honey and other artisanal goods.
Organizers reported raising approximately $10,000 during the event, with an additional 25,000 PLN donated online. Donations from collection boxes are still being counted.
New York and New Jersey
On Long Island, New York, Polish Americans raised around $25,000, with $13,000 coming from the auction alone.
In Garfield, New Jersey, approximately $21,000 was raised, while Trenton collected $5,000. Notable auction items included memorabilia signed by Jurek Owsiak and a jersey autographed by soccer star Robert Lewandowski.
Brussels
A record-breaking amount was raised in Brussels, where the WOŚP finale exceeded €60,000. The three-day event included an auction, a public fundraiser, a charity run, a family picnic, and a concert, drawing enthusiastic support from the local community.

London
In London, the WOŚP chapter organized a heart-shaped cycling rally, while volunteers in Liverpool continued their tradition of the WOŚP charity hike. This year, participants climbed Whernside (736m) in the Yorkshire Dales.
Cyprus
“WOŚP’s 33rd Grand Finale on Cyprus is an opportunity for the Polish community to come together,” said Agnieszka Jędrusik-Mbarga, head of the WOŚP chapter on the island. Poles have been holding this event there for eight years, with festivities in Ayia Napa and Paphos.
The finale featured a food zone offering Polish sausages, bigos, and Indian cuisine, along with children’s attractions and first aid workshops. This year, WOŚP abroad received support from acclaimed jazz artist Agnieszka Hekiert and singer and cabaret star Katarzyna Pakosińska.

WOŚP beyond borders. Global effort to support pediatric cancer care
Funds raised during the 33rd Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP) will help equip medical facilities, enabling faster and more effective treatment for children battling cancer.
In 2025, 93 international WOŚP chapters from over 20 countries across Europe, Australia, North America, Asia, and Africa joined the charity initiative.
