Polish government prepares Recovery Plus plan

Poland’s Prime Minister has announced the preparation of a big Recovery Plus plan in the face of recent flooding.

According to the head of government, the so-called Recovery Plus plan is to cover bridges, roads, hospitals, schools and houses, sports fields, and kindergartens. "Everything will not only be rebuilt, but it will be better and more modern than before the flood," declared Donald Tusk.

Earlier, the prime minister participated in a crisis team meeting in Głogów. On Sunday, he will attend a crisis team meeting in Wrocław.
