Duda will meet with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda at the Presidential Palace in Vilnius and later address the media alongside European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and the leaders of the Baltic states.

His agenda also includes a tribute at historic memorial sites in the Lithuanian capital.

In the early evening, he will take part in a ceremony marking Lithuania’s formal synchronization with the European electricity grid, completing the Baltic states’ transition away from the Russian power system.

The process involves the "LitPol Link," a key interconnection between Poland and Lithuania.

Nausėda has previously highlighted Poland’s significant role in securing energy independence for the region.
