President Andrzej Duda is meeting Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and other members of Belarus' democratic opposition tomorrow, Thursday 8th December, in Belweder - the Polish Presidential Residences.
Jakub Kumoch, the spokesperson for the Office of International Policy of the President of Poland, said the meeting is intended to demonstrate, "Poland's clear support for the rights of Belarusian women and men to live in an independent and democratic country."
Kumoch added: "We believe that Russia's defeat in Ukraine will pave the way for a fully independent and democratic Belarus."
