He even suggested transferring them to El Salvador’s notoriously severe prison system.

Three suspects charged

The remarks came hours after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced charges against three suspects for allegedly damaging Tesla cars and equipment in three different states, labeling their actions “domestic terrorism.”

  • A 41-year-old Oregon man allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at cars while carrying an AR-15 rifle with a silencer at a Tesla showroom in Salem.
  • A 40-year-old Colorado woman reportedly spray-painted “Nazi cars” on vehicles before throwing Molotov cocktails at them outside a Loveland dealership.
  • A 24-year-old man in South Carolina is accused of defacing Tesla cars with anti-Trump slogans at a Charleston charging station, then setting them ablaze.

Each suspect faces a minimum of five years in prison, but could receive up to 20 years if convicted on domestic terrorism-related charges.

“I look forward to watching the sick terrorist thugs get 20 year jail sentences,” Trump wrote on his Truth platform, suggesting they serve time in “the prisons of El Salvador…famous for such lovely conditions!”
