In the Financial Times "European Cities & Regions of the Future 2025" ranking, Poland's capital secured 3rd place among Europe's major cities, just behind Dublin, Ireland (2nd) and London, UK (1st).
Warsaw also ranked 2nd in the "Major European Cities of the Future 2025 – Human Capital and Lifestyle" category, as well as in "Business Friendliness." In terms of Economic Potential, Warsaw placed 6th, while it ranked 9th for Cost Effectiveness.

"The European Cities and Regions of the Future 2025" ranking, produced by fDi Intelligence, a Financial Times-owned company analyzing Europe’s investment potential for over a decade, is one of the most prestigious assessments referenced by investors and local governments, evaluating cities and regions based on economic, financial, and business strengths.
The study analyzed a total of 379 European cities, categorized into five groups based on population size - major, large, mid-sized, small, and micro - as well as 142 regions divided into large, medium, and small.
The winners will be honored on March 11, 2025, at the MIPIM International Real Estate and Investment Fair in Cannes.
