This year’s edition accompanied the Expo 2020 global exhibition and was all about digital transformation, data and artificial intelligence.
Some 3,500 companies took part, including both startups and tech giants from more than 140 countries.
Among those named as one of the best startups was Poland's Digitalfirst.ai.
Poland was strongly represented at this year's fair, a major change from three years ago when only a dozen companies from the European country came to Dubai.
The driving force behind Poland's extensive presence at this year's event was MK Business Link, a company that has been promoting Polish businesses in the Middle East for many years.
Joachim Ciecierski filed this report from Dubai.
