During the summer months, the company served over 23 million passengers. The routes most travelled connected large cities and popular tourist destinations. The top 5 destinations were the seaside cities of Kołobrzeg, Koszalin, Międzyzdroje and Władysławowo - as well as the mountain city of Zakopane.

The company's spokesman, Maciej Dutkiewicz, said that every next summer month of 2024 brought new records:

"On average, 250,000 people travelled on board our trains every day. In June, it was over 7 million people, which is approximately 14% more than a year ago. In July, it was almost 8 million, which was an increase of 12% year-on-year."

In August alone, the company's trains carried over eight million passengers. To serve all passengers, additional connections were launched:

"In our summer holiday timetable, we launched 454 trains every day, 31 more than in the same period of 2023. The greater number of connections allowed our passengers to comfortably reach popular seaside and mountain resorts. We also wanted to provide as many seats as possible on trains, especially on weekends and during summer music festivals and cultural events - which is why we launched 98 additional connections."

During the summer peak passenger traffic, almost 2,5 thousand train managers and almost 1,5 thousand train drivers worked for the carrier.
