Warsaw works to help the homeless: audio report

Each winter the harsh weather conditions bring victims among the people in homelessness crisis - and the local governments across Poland struggle to solve this issue. "Housing First" is a new initiative by the capital city of Warsaw, based on the long-term-effect-giving solutions that have been successfully implemented in Finland.
