According to the study conducted in September with a representative sample of 1,000 adults, over 80% of Poles identify health and financial issues as their main sources of stress.

The highest levels of stress are reported among individuals aged 25 to 44, with stress levels decreasing as people age.

Music is the most popular relaxation method, used by 40% of respondents in Poland, while other stress-relief activities include spending time outdoors and watching TV shows.

Psychologist Dr. Rafał Albiński from SWPS University warns that unmanaged stress can lead to various health issues, including insomnia, digestive problems, and depression.

He emphasizes the necessity of monitoring stress levels to prevent more serious conditions arising from chronic stress, such as sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, hypertension, weakened immunity, and autoimmune diseases.
