Public health authorities said that 15,115 adverse reactions had been reported among those who received the vaccines by Monday morning.
Meanwhile, a total of 391,290 doses have been wasted in the rollout, according to the Polish health ministry.
As of Monday, Poland had injected over 19.5 million first doses of COVID-19 vaccines, while more than 19.1 million people had been fully inoculated, health ministry data showed.
The tally includes two-dose vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and AstraZeneca as well as Johnson & Johnson's one-shot vaccine.
Poland on Monday reported 269 new coronavirus infections and no new deaths related to COVID-19. The latest cases bring the country’s total number of infections during the pandemic to 2,893,919, while the death toll stands at 75,425.
