The arrest came after criminal analysts identified an apartment in central Warsaw as a transit point for illicit drugs. When officers arrived at the premises, they found bags containing various narcotics.
Detailed searches of the apartment and the suspect’s luxury car uncovered around 10 kilograms of cocaine and MDMA tablets, in addition to 5 kilograms of cocaine.
“A thorough inspection of all rooms and the vehicle confirmed the presence of large quantities of illegal substances,” said Junior ASP Jakub Pacyniak from the central command. Additional police units were deployed to secure the scene and ensure the safety of the operation.
The suspect has been detained for three months and faces charges of possessing a significant amount of controlled substances and distributing them. If convicted, he could receive a prison sentence of up to 12 years. Investigators noted that the drugs are believed to have originated from South America and Southern Europe.
