The match at Wembley Stadium kicks off at 8:45 p.m. Polish time.
The Poles, under their new Portuguese manager Paulo Sousa, go into the match missing their star striker and captain Robert Lewandowski, who has been ruled out by a knee injury and returned to his German club Bayern Munich for treatment.
Several other Poland players, including midfielder Mateusz Klich and defender Kamil Piątkowski, are unavailable for duty due to coronavirus infections.
Meanwhile, defensive midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak is hoping to get the all-clear to play after initially testing positive for COVID-19 before a second test came back negative.
Poland are ranked 19th worldwide by football's governing body FIFA, while England are No. 3 in the FIFA table.
The Poles opened their 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign with a 3-3 away draw with Hungary in Budapest on March 25.
The Polish team then beat Andorra 3-0 in its second qualifier at home on Sunday.
Poland’s qualifying Group I also includes Albania and San Marino.
The qualification stage for the 2022 World Cup will run from March to November 2021, while the tournament will be held in Qatar from November 21 to December 18, 2022.
