The BNP Paribas Poland Open tournament, first held in 2021, is the biggest tennis event in the country.
It is a part of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) circuit and attracts some of the best female players from Poland and further afield.
The tournament has 32 players in the main draw, with the Polish world number one the natural favourite to claim the title.
The WTA 250 hard-court tournament will take place in the Polish capital from July 24 to 30.
Last year, France's Caroline Garcia triumphed in Warsaw, eliminating Świątek in the quarterfinals.
The Polish tennis ace is meanwhile set to play Switzerland's Jil Teichmann in the second round of the Bad Homburg Open grass-court tournament in Germany on Tuesday.
The Pole on Monday started her 65th week at the top of the Women's Tennis Association's (WTA) world rankings, with a 874-point lead over her nearest rival.
The Polish player this month defeated Karolína Muchová of the Czech Republic in the final of the French Open tournament in Paris, claiming her fourth Grand Slam trophy and winning her 14th career singles title.
Świątek, coached by countryman Tomasz Wiktorowski, has topped the WTA world rankings since April 4, 2022.
The 22-year-old now leads the world rankings with 8,940 points, ahead of Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka with 8,066 points, and Kazakhstan's Elena Rybakina with 5,090 points.
