Ziomek-Nogal, making a remarkable comeback after maternity leave, won the women's 500m on Sunday with a time of 37.82 seconds, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
She edged out Dutch skater Suzanne Schulting by 0.06 seconds and Wójcik by 0.07 seconds.
Polish speed skaters demonstrated strong form in the women's team sprint, completing the race in 1:27.07, just behind the Netherlands, who finished in 1:26.35, broadcaster TVP Sport reported.
The next World Cup competition will take place in Calgary, Canada, from January 24 to 26.
Poland's Wójcik last month finished second in the season's opening World Cup event in Nagano, Japan.
