Poland’s Lisek cleared 5.87 m to win his third world outdoor track-and-field championship medal, after a bronze in 2015 and a silver in 2017.
Lisek’s third-place finish on Tuesday marked the second medal for Poland in Doha after Joanna Fiodorow took the silver in the women’s hammer throw three days earlier.
