Poland, managed by Belgian coach Vital Heynen, maintained control throughout the match, winning 25-22, 25-16 and 25-22.
The game was played in the southern Polish city of Katowice on Sunday.
In a semifinal a day earlier, the Polish team was defeated by Slovenia 1-3.
