The Polish team won 19:20, 12:20, 17:15, 27:14 in the Group D match at the O2 Arena in the Czech capital Prague, news outlets reported.
Michał Sokołowski scored 24 points and added five rebounds as Poland earned a hard-fought victory that guarantees them a place in the knockout stages of EuroBasket 2022.
Aleksander Balcerowski “was the most influential man on the floor, dominating with his height and dunks,” with the center collecting “16 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 block, getting an efficiency rating of 26, the highest in his team,” according to fiba.basketball.
The Poles play their last group D game against the leaders Serbia in Prague on Thursday.
They beat co-hosts the Czech Republic 99:84, lost to Finland 59:89 and defeated Israel 85:76 in their first three games.
The FIBA Men's EuroBasket 2022 is being co-hosted by the Czech Republic, Georgia, Italy and Germany.
The tournament runs until September 18.
