This exceptional artistic event will be held with free admission in the Polish capital’s Old Town district, at a culture center in the southern Ursynów district, and in the suburban town of Piaseczno from June 28 to 30.

Artists from Poland, Ukraine and South Korea will be among the lineup of outdoor performers.

Dariusz Jarosiński, artistic director of the Street Art Festival, says this year's iteration will feature a renowned South Korean theater group, called Great Mask, drawing inspiration from a traditional folk culture dating back six centuries and offering spectacular dance and vocal routines from the Far East.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian theater group Vuala from the western city of Lviv will stage Circus Colors, a performance showcasing acrobatics and artistic gymnastics. Expect stilt dances, circus tricks and clowns, Jarosiński says.

In other highlights, the Fuzja Ewolucja Theater from the western Polish city of Poznań will transport audiences to 1970s Poland with a show entitled Good, Better, Worst evoking memories of the communist era.

The Teatr Fuzja troupe will perform a show called The Uninvited, inspired by a migration crisis at Poland’s eastern border with Belarus.

The festival program also includes performances by theater companies such as Teatr Walny, Teatr Makata and Teatr Na Walizkach.

Warsaw's Scena 96 Theater, meanwhile, will stage a show based on Mrs. Twardowska, a 1822 ballad by national bard Adam Mickiewicz.
