The concert, starting at 7:00 PM at the Agnieszka Osiecka Concert Studio in Warsaw, will feature stars such as Paulina Przybysz and her band, her sister Natalia Przybysz, Łona, the Dagadana band, and several choirs (including the Warsaw Intergenerational Ensemble, the 4 Non Straights Choir, and the "Szczęka Pęka" choir from Lądek Zdrój), who will perform beautiful Christmas songs to set the festive mood.
The organizers are collecting funds to rebuild the Culture and Recreation Center in Lądek Zdrój, which was severely damaged by the flood, including purchasing essential equipment, lighting, instruments, and furnishings to make the hall functional again.
A Christmas charity event to help Polish flood victims is being organized by the Third Program of Polish Radio and the Polish Music Foundation. Funds will be raised for the flood-damaged Culture and Recreation Center in Lądek Zdrój.
The campaign is supported by Program Trzeci of Polish Radio, the Polish Music Foundation, and Dominika Barabas, a composer, arranger, lyricist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Lądek Zdrój, which was particularly devastated by the floods.
Although she lost her car and her building was flooded, Dominika actively supports the local community and works to rebuild the cultural life of her hometown so it can once again attract artists and culture lovers.
The goal of the campaign is to raise approximately 500,000 PLN (about 117,400 EUR) to revive the cultural life in Lądek Zdrój and support local youth in developing their talents.
You can support the campaign financially by making a donation on the Polish Music Foundation's website. Details: pfm.waw.pl
