Through the program, Głowacka will have the opportunity to refine her skills by participating in the LA Philharmonic’s orchestral, educational, and community initiatives. She will also conduct youth concerts at Walt Disney Concert Hall during the 2025/26 season.
Launched in 2009, the Dudamel Fellowship Program offers a unique opportunity for promising young conductors from around the world to gain invaluable musical experience.
Głowacka studied conducting under Łukasz Borowicz at the Academy of Music in Kraków, southern Poland, graduating in 2023. She won the International Conducting Masterclass & Competition in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2024, as well as the Ionel Perlea International Conducting Competition in Romania in 2023. She has participated in masterclasses with such esteemed conductors as Marin Alsop, Martyn Brabbins, Rüdiger Bohn, and Patrick Fournillier.
The other conductors selected for the Dudamel Fellowship Program are Ana María Patiño-Osorio from Colombia, José Ángel Salazar from Venezuela, and Miguel Sepúlveda from Portugal.
