The film, entitled Invincible: The Story of General Stanisław Maczek, recently premiered online.
“The general and his troops epitomize the fate of the Polish soldier and Poland during WWII,” says Robert Kostro, from the Warsaw-based Museum of Polish History, which produced the film.
Kostro adds that Gen. Maczek was “a man who never lost a battle” even though he “went through all the phases of the war.”
