Poland's Andrzej Duda and Slovenia's Borut Pahor will hold face-to-face talks in the Polish capital on issues including regional security and international assistance to Ukraine, according to officials.
While in the Polish capital, Pahor is also scheduled to meet with parliamentary Speakers Elżbieta Witek and Tomasz Grodzki.
The Polish president late on Thursday held talks with senior government ministers on key security issues, including the enlargement of NATO and Ukraine’s European aspirations, an aide told reporters.
Finland and Sweden this week applied to join the 30-member Western military alliance in response to Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
