“Belarusian society has changed and is ready to join the family of free and democratic countries,” Morawiecki said in a video speech at the Kalinowski Conference in Brussels on Tuesday.
"Belarusian democrats can count on our support according to their needs," he added during the event, which was held in the Belgian capital to discuss the future of Belarus.
