The three-day trade mission from the Netherlands primarily consists of companies in the sustainable mobility/electric vehicles sector and metal processing.
While in Warsaw they participated in a Polish-Dutch Business Forum where discussions focused on nearshoring and manufacturing, agri-tech and smart mobility.
"We are here with a group of some 30 Dutch businesses that are looking to do business in Poland," Paul Verlinden, secretary for international business at Royal Metaalunie, a Dutch trade organisation for SMEs in the metal industry, told Radio Poland's Danuta Isler.
"And it could be anything: exports; some companies are looking for production here," he said. "We also get a lot of requests from companies which ask us to help because they want to bring some of their production they have in Asia, mainly in China, back to Europe."

On Thursday, the Dutch business delegation is visiting Wrocław in Poland's southwest. The itinerary includes a presentation of the region, B2B matchmaking meetings and a networking reception.
