An experienced diplomat, Piotr Serafin was Head of Cabinet of the President of the European Council Donald Tusk. He was also Secretary of State for Europe at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2014 and worked at the Office of the Committee for European Integration from 1999 to 2010.
